As an Independent Business Owner (IBO), you are building your business network through recruitment efforts. Each new member in your network becomes part of your Downline, with you receiving a percentage of their gross earnings.
To be eligible for commissions from your Downline, you are required to provide RideShare services for a set number of part-time hours weekly. As an IBO affiliated with RideShare, you will consistently earn 70% of the gross fare per transaction once the charge is processed.
We value and recognize the dedication of Veterans and Academic professionals such as teachers and students, hence reducing the required hours for commission eligibility. RideShare Drivers accumulate commissions by fulfilling the designated part-time hours, with commission requirements decreasing as direct recruits increase until reaching zero.
- IBO/Driver recruits Driver 1.
- Driver earns 2.25% commission from their 1st tier Downline, Driver 1.
- Financial Breakdown: Using $100 as an example:
- $100 earned - 30% deduction = $70 net amount
- 30% deduction breakdown:
- 5% = tiered payout
- 25% = RideShare deduction
- 30% deduction breakdown:
- Upline commissions for an IBO ("Driver") from Downline:
- 1st tier: $100 - 2.25% = $2.25
- 2nd tier: $100 - 1.5% = $1.50
- 3rd tier: $100 - 0.8% = $0.80
- 4th tier: $100 - 0.45% = $0.45
In this scenario: if each tier member earns $100, the IBO can receive up to $5 as a commission from their 4-tier Downline. If commission eligibility is not met during the week, the commission is allocated to RideShare.
The main components are:
- Upline - The entity recruiting and establishing the network, earning a percentage from their Downline.
- Downline - The recruited members who contribute a portion of their earnings to Upline affiliates.
Disclosure: The Drivers' 5% Revenue Sharing Plan offers an opportunity based on service sales and sponsoring participants who do likewise. Potential earnings are unlimited but may vary based on individual commitment and sales abilities of each participant referred to as an "Independent Business Owner."
- $100 earned - 30% deduction = $70 net amount
